The Irvine Public School Foundation (IPSF) is a non-profit organization that is devoted to providing programs, raising funds, and uniting the community in support of educational excellence in all Irvine public schools. As president and CEO of IPSF, one of the nation's leading educational foundations, they are responsible for ensuring that public schools maintain high-quality enrichment programs in critical areas such as the arts, music, science, health and wellness, and mathematics. In addition to fundraising initiatives, the foundation helps to offer a series of educational programs to complement the district's curriculum and improve the educational experience of students. These include the STEM CubeSat program, which successfully launched the first two CubeSats built by high school students in California and the West. The IPSF also organizes the Spirit of C program, which is made up of student representatives from all Irvine high schools and from local private schools.
The goal of this program is to engage young people in positive social-recreational activities outside of school hours. The IPSF also holds its fifth annual Top 100 reception each year at The Resort at Peli. This event honors individuals and businesses who have made significant contributions to the foundation's mission. Furthermore, for more than seven years, the IPSF has brought the world of STEAM to thousands of families through its summer classes for elementary to high school students in areas such as art, music, science, physical conditioning, math, reading and writing, cooking, theater, and technology. Are you looking for ways to get involved with the Irvine Public School Foundation? There are many ways that individuals or businesses can contribute to this important cause. Donations are always welcome and can be used to support IPSF's mission.
Volunteering your time or expertise is another great way to get involved. Participating in fundraising events or becoming a corporate sponsor are also great options. Finally, joining IPSF's mailing list is a great way to stay informed about upcoming events and initiatives. No matter how you choose to get involved with IPSF, your contribution will make a difference in the lives of students in Irvine public schools. Your support will help ensure that these students have access to high-quality educational programs that will prepare them for success in college and beyond.
